Well, what can I say Game-zero FTW!, They are amazing! First of all they helped me so efficiently when I wanted a Jedi Outcast server, with a Ventrilo voice server, I paid for the servers and within minutes I had my gaming server and Ventrilo server setup, "Within minutes". The great thing is that they are online pretty much 24/7, so they are there to help you anytime!
The pings low, the FPS is high! Perfect!! I really would recommend Game-Zero to anyone, if it’s a gaming server you want or anything else Game-Zero are the people to buy from!

What can i say, i have passed from many game server hosters but i am so impressed with game-zero's services such as their server's technology, prices, pings and fps. Well, the thing made me chose Game-Zero was their support, knowledge on game mechanics such as quake3 and friendly enviroment which brought the really important customer - company relationship. In conclusion Game-Zero for the win! I'd recommend Game-Zero to everyone who is a serious gamer and want to feel the true feeling of playing Online games with no lag at all!

I have seen game-zero from the start when Azio first started... I had a dedicated server from them, they were really helpful. Even now when i dont have a server im still in regular contact with Azio the staff are really friendly and you become friends with them like i did.

Just bought a BNC, Azio was super helpful, BNC setup was quick. I was new to this BNC stuff but he helped me set it up and i am now a very happy customer. Highly recomend the BNC's :).

Game-Zero provides the fastest game servers money can buy, but at the perfect prices. The ventrilo server we have seems to ping lower than anyone else's in the UK. The best part of Game-Zero is when your contacting the company for sales or support information, it feels like you're talking to a friend at Game-Zero rather than a big snobby company.

I have been with every major and quite a few minor game server providers in the UK. I have the same standards as every other server customer, stable tickrate, good support, and good prices. Until I found Game-Zero, each month I would switch to a different provider as I found their level of service substandard.
Game-Zero's servers have been consistantly of a very high standard, the support is unreal (thank you Azio) and they reward their customers just for being good customers. Each and every day Game-Zero surpasses my expectations.
Fast setup, stable tickrate, immense support, great prices, loyal company... why go anywhere else?

Im pretty new to BNC's but they were cheap and do everything i need them to. Setup was easy and took no longer than 20 minutes to have the BNC's set up. All in all, great providers for BNC's great tech support 10/10 :}!

I've had BNCs, Gameservers and Ventrilo servers from Game-Zero, and all have been top-notch. Unprecedented level of support from the man himself, Azio. I've had personal help on setting up all of my services, including custom vhosts using my own domain names, with Game-Zero hosting the DNS on their own servers.
I'll never consider using another provider again.

i can't explain just how much azio has helped me,i mean jesus this bloke is a legend! I think his on msn 24/7, always there to fix problem and find solutions even if its got nothing to do with the server! customer service has been nothing but 100% and the server has been 100%.

Again this is the best company, no one will beat it especialy with azio in it, he even gone out of his way to make me an anti crash for my server, he is a great guy and does at lot for this company, hope game-zero are looking after him if you would loose him i dunno what you would do this guy is a magician he there 24/7 he unreal love you man thanks so much :)

Game Zero servers are the best servers on this planet, there products and services are all top notch, ive been with many providers for counter strike source servers and these guys are truly the best, low ping, high fps, stable tickrate, omg amazing. These guys smash the competition completely, the servers immense and so are the voice com and bncs

Game Zero is probably the best compagny in UK. They offer a lot of skilled services for gamers. Azio is really sympathetic and help us when we have questions or problems. With their servers without lags it's really a pleasure to play on a Game Zero server. I can just say something : if you need a great server, buy it on Game Zero !

Game-Zero is brilliant in every way, they're support is amazingly fast and helpful and the Counter-Strike: Source Server I had was excellent. I’m saying ‘had’ because someone else bought the clan a one, and that’s fair enough.

Great server company, setup time was almost instant, nice friendly staff. As for the server, we've experienced no problems, great reg/ping.

The Infused-Gaming CSS server provided by Game-Zero has been a great asset to the team.
We have had many server providers however Game-Zero has been the best by far. They are both reliable and of a high quality.
The server has yet to experience any problems and it is runs at maximum tick even in fast rushes and gunfights, giving you optimum bulllet regisration. Game-Zero Counter
Strike Source servers are among the best I have played on and they are extremely worth any investment.

Ive had alot of servers in my time on CSS and ive never even found a server provider like this in my life. Every clan we play complements us on our server which makes us look good and the game play is like no other. It also makes me enjoy the game more cus this is how its ment to be played not on some laggy server. I love these servers could never go back to a rubish one.

Well where do I begin, purchased a server off Game-Zero though the Infused-Gaming offer.
Excellent server and excellent service, before long my clan was expanding and paying me to get more services for them, so I naturally enquired about a DEDICATED SERVER from Game-Zero.
OMFGHAX PWNED, I have previously owned and co - owned DEDI's before from companies (Ommited dont wont to advertise them here, but be assured they are big and still are.), and I can safely and surely say that Game-Zero surpass anything that this company had to offer, Azio's service, customer care and customer approach is one of the very best I have ever seen.
You looking for a DEDI I would recommend Game-Zero, make it a Linux one and you will not be disappointed.

set the server up for me at 3am ... tweaked a couple of things (ie i was pissed and forgot) and it was up and running sweet with all the gubbins i needed straight away.
In comparison to the last company who set up a laggy ass 1 fps server with the wierdest lag in the world (youd fire and then a second later it would hit em.. the game almost rewound)
no stupid [web] interface so no way to 'break' it through the console (eg typing exit and then the server doesnt restart ...)

Excellent suppliers, customer support is great. Server was up within 3 hours of ordering and when I enquired about HLTV that was set up within 20mins. Good price and great reg and combined with the support its great, nice one.

Great service! COD2 and Ventrilo servers were up and running with 15mins of clicking the paypal button.. minor updates and tweaks performed almost instantaneously with the result of noobs being pooned on the server within 45mins!

Will be honest. There css services is great Azio is online loads and !really! helpfull. The server was great for the first month, easily one of the best match servers. Then for some reason since a certian update it wasn't as great. Only problem is it was only happening on our GZ server. (wont name them but 3 others with exact same setups had no issues) so we've rarely used it as of late.
Azio has no idea as to why (one of the mods from what we can gather). This isn't stopping us coming back to get our public hosted as there tech help and contactability is the best i've had in 5 years of hosting servers and for a pub what more do you need.
Message from Azio: Hello Antony, this problem was fixed some weeks ago on all of our machines. The problem was caused by a pre-requisite of an unstable library requirement in the latest Valve CSS code, it took steam several week's to come up with a -beta fix to fix the FPS problem. We had a fix in several days, updated all of our operating systems remotely, 10 minutes per machine; your issues should have vanished some month ago now since the 10th march Steam Update. If it hasn't please contact support as we were not at all aware you will still experiencing this problem, as everybody else is very happy with our fix to steams code (by using their terribly unstable library) - all host's that were using stable lib's were affected,

Addition: you do seem to be the only chap with this problem, but I'd still really like to get a take on your issue to avoid it happening again!

Just ordered a server and have already received help over irc and the server and vent is up and running been playing on the server for 10 or so minutes now and its been perfect the tick is just stuck at 100 i mean wow. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The most helpful server company I have met to date. Setup was fast, 1to1 support is very helpful, server reg is perfect. NO lag at all and very reliable. Wouldn't change to another server company!

Just wanted to say that not only is the server excellent (low ping, stable and good hit reg) but the assistance I received from Azio was top class. I didn't time it but I would guess that from payment to server up was about 20mins which is the fastest i've ever experienced!

These guys are the best GSP in the UK and maybe europe just like they've claimed before! It's true! You won't have to wait forever for a setup and you get support when you need it on IRC or via Email!!

I remember when Game-zero started off and I have used them since the beginning. They have got bigger and bigger and its all down to there hard working and dedicated staff, always happy to help you. If that isn't enough their services are second to none!

Only been using this server for a day and I can already say the customer help is by far better than any other company I've been with.
They helped setting up plugins and configs without me even requesting help!

As running a community and a clan with an alpha and a beta. I have found Game Zero an absolute pleasure to be apart of. The Server's performance is the best I have ever seen and experienced. People who play on it get the same opinion. The Service I have received has been nothing short of first rate and after been with game zero for a few months now we have had no real problems that were not overcome in a matter of hours.
We have a 20 slot css server a 20 slot vent server and a 10 slot Teamspeak server.
all in all amazing service and provider and Azio works hard on moving game zero forward rather than allowing GZ to go stale.

Great service all round. Very nice latency. Server which was setup within an hour of my purchasing it and excellent round the clock support.

Cant fault the help you get from these guys, any problems i have had has been looked at within minutes and resolved very quickly.
Comment from Game-Zero Staff: This customer has had some serious problems with his server, we appreciate his patience and hope that we can work with him and any customers that get such problems, in fairness and truth though for this customer in question was left with an unnacceptable problem for a week which we have now fixed. Game-Zero have impressed us on a daily basis with their exceptional quality of service. Every time we go onto our server to play a match we know that the performance will be the same as when we first got it.

Had a server with them for 6 months, good quality and was up within 15 mins can't ask for much more. Also when ever there has been problems server side due to valves screw ups Azio is always on the case faster than 99% of the other server companies to sort it out.
Also got 5 BNCs from gamezero and azio was kind enough to help me set it up for noname script.
Good customer service and good servers.

Im new to servers, but with-in a few emails i had my ftp, vent, and c.s 1.6 server running and running the way i wanted it to, this was only achieved through the efforts of GZ staff, they really are an excellent team.
i'd 100% recommend them over anyone else

Been with game-zero for a while, admittedly on and off. Azio has provided us with good service generally & good prices. However, after recent experiences I feel disappointed by the service I have received.
Our team decided to invest in a dedicated box from game-zero & we were told that we could get help setting up the servers. So we bought one, it was online within a week & Azio started to help install servers, then gave up stating he did not have time & refunded our money back immediately. This shook our confidence in game-zero.
-> You didnt know how to even login to the box, you had an unmanaged dedicated server. Azio agreed to help install you game-servers, not teach you how to use Linux from the ground up!
Several months past & we decided to get another css server for public play. It was setup within 1 hour. The server ran well, and became populated regularly. I decided that I didn't want to have the server beyond the month I paid for & after cancelling my paypal subscription the server was shutdown 10 days into my months rental. I did not receive any e-mail giving me the option for a refund, it was just killed off. I only found out Azio had done this after contacting support.
-> Numerous times Azio has helped oxymoron with his server - numerous times azio has saved his configs and data for months even though he has not been a customer. No attempt was made to contact support asking to keep your server up instead. We can only appologise for any unhappyness you might have about the service and support you've received, however what we will firmly state is NOT ONCE did you bring this situation up with us, and if you had you'd have got your server OR money back.
I’m awaiting my refund. I'm told it will be 'later this week'.
-> We legally have 31 days to process your refund, since you decided you'd be moving to other games instead this should not be a problem for you, and rather save you money.
I would find it difficult to use game-zero anymore, as I feel let down by this incident.

I would suggest if you don’t want to sell servers per month, then don’t advertise this on your website.
-> We do sell servers per month, and if you cancel mid-term sometimes we are kind enough to provide pro-rata refunds. I am sorry if this disappoints you. I have now halted the refund and put your server back up. Since we have spoken about this on MSN you only needed to ask us to keep it up instead? yes?

Azio: Perhaps you forgotten how much we've helped you consequtively. I'm disappointed myself - you'd be the very first customer of ours to write bad feedback - after a whole 12 months of being in business, after providing you discounts again and again. Supporting you at times between midnight and 6am. Always. All times, we worked hard to support this particular customer, and I hope Dean (this customer) is able to see that.

I can only praise Azio and his unwavering dedication to providing exceptional support. I have bothered him around the clock and have always recieved a swift and helpful response from Game-Zero support or him.
The server performs exceptionally well and outclasses our last provider's. The server has experienced some hiccups, but the cause of these has been due to steam relases and "maintenance" that I did myself. When this has happened, Azio has rapidly explained my mistake or spent considerable time making sure that it wont happen again.
Game-Zero do cost me a little more than our last providers. However, I believe that the quality of their services outweigh the few quid extra that suicide | pay for the privelege of being with Game-Zero

bought a cs 1.6 server a css server and their both high quality, reliable, low ping servers
Azio set them up within 20 minutes of purchase.
Game-Zero are really a fantastic choice to make when considering game servers!

game-zero have provided the most rapid server setup I have ever experienced. The server ran a treat & support was practically 24/7. I for one would recommend them. Although there was miss-communication between GZ & me, but this was sorted. 9/10 It must be said there 'value range' runs better than my old GSPs alleged high quality server!! Go team GZ!!

I've played competatively through a number of games over the past 7 years, and have never come across a GSP that's as fast at setting up your service and responding to any problems. As a bonus, the server quality matches their customer service, High FPS and low latency providing you with the ultimate online gaming experience.
If I had 3 hands, I would give 3 thumbs up.

Well, Team Reverse has come across the what we call the biggest and best UK server company. I sent out a sponsorship application thinking there will be no chance of getting a sponsorship with this company as they are so good. Azio came across and offered us amazing servers included in the sponsorship deal, I would never of thought we would be getting all of this from them. I tested out all of the servers and they are amazing, I get a consant 100tick and I have not been on a better server provider than this. I recommend everyone to change and/or buy a server from Game-Zero, no one can beat them they are well worth the money for what you get.

Recently upgraded my standard GZ server to one of the new super servers.
Was expecting something special, but that server has exceeded all expectations. I have in all honesty, never played on a better match server.
The gPanel is very good and certainly does not play second fiddle to HLSW. It is particularly useful when needing to edit the server.cfg file as it saves time piddling about with FTP.
The support from Azio was fantastic. Server setup within an hour.

My first css server and got it at their stupidly low prices. Bought a 32 man css server! was up within about 5 mins of ordering. Azio sorted it out with zombie mod to <3 gr8 server thnx Azio
Comments from Azio: took a bit longer than 5 minutes actually, but was all sorted within 20 or so minutes. Steam decided to change their hldsupdate software recently and the familiar "connection reset" was all too common. This customer was offered a pre-setup zombiemod server instead, hopefully we saved him some days work as he no longer needs to install the addons now!

Bought a 20 man dod:s server from gamezero our sever was setup with in a couple of hours which was great with this being our first server we had no clue what so ever how to config it to how we wanted BUT then came azio to the rescue this guy is minted (legend) he set the css gpanal so that it would work with dod for us which was brill and hes also helped us install mani admin (well i say helped i mean he did install mani admin lol) infact he has basicly done everything except play our server lol THANKS ALOT AZIO YOUR A LEGEND :).
Azio: Thanks mate, was a pleasure. You're server is nice. Now, if only I had DOD:S !!

server setup within 15 mins at 3am in the morning!! really good help from azio, server seems decent for £13! asked to have the codec changed on the vent and was done within a few hours. 10/10

GZ has to be the best GSP out there, I tried another popular host but the server wasn't up to running my busy server with about half a dozen big plugins and mods so I came to GZ and my new server is perfect, runs all the mods and full server with no lag at all. Everyone has commented on how much better it is and the support is far better than any other host. Didnt take long before I ordered my 2nd server from GZ. I fully recommend them :)

yo smithy here from Revert.Gaming, steve chapman, who posted above, he bought the server, ive currently got a server with someone else as ive been with em for a few years now, but the reg on this server is awesome, with low pings and runs nice n steady, not 1 bit of lag from it sweet. like i say if i hadnt been with my other server co, i would of come here,maybe will in future though.

Since i've been with Game-Zero i have not seen one bit of lag on my server, nor have i had bad hit reg.
Support is always there 24/7 which you don't get with some GSP's.
Will Fully recommend Game-Zero 10/10 :)
